Onivia receives the Great Place to Work® 2025 Certification

Onivia has been certified as a Great Place to Work® 2025 after successfully completing the organizational assessment carried out by the consulting firm Great Place to Work®, a global leader in evaluating workplace culture and employee experience.

96% of Onivia team members consider the company an excellent place to work — a result that places the organization 17 points above the ICT sector average.

This certification confirms that Onivia fosters a high-trust culture, capable of attracting and retaining talent. It is based on the results of an anonymous survey completed by the entire workforce.

The study highlights key indicators such as:

  • 95% in camaraderie: positive perception of teamwork and closeness.

  • 95% in respect: recognition of a work environment where people feel valued.

  • 95% in credibility: trust in the transparency and consistency of leadership.

  • 98% in pride of belonging: strong identification with the company and its mission.

These results position Onivia as a benchmark in organizational culture within the tech and telecommunications ecosystem.
